We meet you where you’re at, whether that’s drafting a new position description or rebooting a previously stalled search. At the beginning of a search engagement, we outline the scope of the work and develop a detailed timeline with search steps, variables, contingencies and deliverables. This is done in collaboration with clients to build a customized solution that meets their needs.
